Farewell to Macclesfield Manager

The football world was united in mourning as it bid farewell to Keith Alexander.
A catalogue of stars joined friends and family of the Macclesfield Town manager at a packed funeral service in Lincoln cathedral.
Thousands turned out for the poignant service, with well-wishers lining the surrounding streets.
Premier league bosses David Moyes, Martin O’Neill and Mick McCarthy were joined by Olympic legend Daley Thompson and TV pundits Chris Kamara, Robbie Earle and Garth Crooks. read more
